Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Ink Spot website and the production, consulting, and support services requested through it.

Use of the Site

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or accessibility of the site or our services.

We may update, suspend, or change site content, service descriptions, or availability without prior notice.

Quotes, Orders, and Approvals

Quotes, lead times, and production windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. An order is not considered ready for production until required information, approvals, and payment arrangements are complete.

You are responsible for reviewing proofs, spelling, placement, quantities, and specifications before approval. Proof approval authorizes us to proceed based on the approved materials.

Customer Materials and Rights

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide any artwork, branding, text, files, product concepts, or other materials submitted to us.

You agree not to submit anything that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of a third party.

Payment and Production

Payment terms, deposits, setup charges, sampling fees, and production timing may vary by project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may pause work until required approvals, information, or payment milestones are received.

Production schedules may be affected by material availability, file readiness, proof cycles, customer response time, or carrier conditions outside our direct control.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink Spot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific affected order or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
