Ink Spot Corporation

Shipping Policy

This policy outlines how Ink Spot handles shipping timelines, carrier handoff, delivery issues, and customer responsibilities for made-to-order work.

Production Before Shipment

Most Ink Spot orders are made to order. Shipping timing depends on the project scope, proof cycle, production readiness, and payment status.

Estimated ship dates are based on the assumption that artwork, specifications, approvals, and payment are received on time. Delays in any of those steps can move the shipment date.

Origin and Carriers

Orders typically ship from our Massachusetts operation using carriers selected according to service level, destination, package profile, and operational availability.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit times are subject to the carrier's network and conditions.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, and any required delivery details.

Ink Spot is not responsible for delays, loss, re-routing fees, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided to us.

Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Weather events, carrier disruptions, customs activity, peak season congestion, force majeure events, and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit times even after a package has shipped.

If a shipment is delayed, we will assist with reasonable tracking support, but carrier-managed delivery timelines are not guaranteed by Ink Spot unless expressly agreed in writing.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing in transit, contact us promptly at prakash@ink-spot.co or 877-657-7770 and include your order details and supporting photos where available.

We may help initiate a carrier review, trace, or claim process as appropriate while also reviewing the affected shipment internally.

Split Shipments

For larger or mixed-production orders, we may ship in multiple packages or stages when that supports timing, packaging quality, or service continuity.
